Civil, rail, expressway, building and M&E works, delivered at G7 scale.
Civil & Infrastructure
General civil engineering works covering earthworks, drainage, slope protection and retaining structures, delivered as standalone contracts or as enabling packages for larger developments. The portfolio includes marine infrastructure such as the Punggai Fish Landing Complex and Breakwater in Pengerang for JKR Malaysia, and the earthworks and retaining structure package at PNB Merdeka in central Kuala Lumpur, a confined city-centre site with demanding ground conditions.
Rail
Rail infrastructure delivered for Malaysia's major urban rail programmes and beyond. Tim Sekata completed facilities works on the Ampang LRT Line Extension for Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, main-line track works across Packages A, B and C of the KVMRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang line for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and is undertaking civil works, station and viaduct sections on the Thailand High-Speed Rail between Khok Kruat and Nakhon Ratchasima in joint venture for the State Railway of Thailand.
Expressways & Roads
Road and expressway works for concessionaires, JKR and state agencies, from new alignments to upgrades of live federal routes. Completed contracts include toll plazas, the administration complex and rest and service area on the LATAR KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway, the Ipoh-Lumut Link Road with the Jelapang diamond interchange, the design-and-build highland road from Pos Betau to Lembah Bertam in Pahang, and upgrading works on Federal Routes 98 and 68.
Bridges & Structures
Bridges, elevated viaduct sections and major reinforced-concrete structures for transport and infrastructure schemes. This spans interchange structures on expressway packages, viaduct sections on the Thailand High-Speed Rail, and heavy retaining structures in constrained urban sites, engineered and delivered alongside the firm's civil and roadworks scopes.
Buildings & IBS
Institutional and commercial buildings delivered conventionally or with Industrialised Building Systems. Landmark work includes both phases of the 21-storey UKM Pre-Clinical Building for the Faculty of Medicine, the KUIS Residential College and Student Centre in Bangi, and IBS school projects for the Ministry of Education Malaysia, including SMK Bukit Tinggi in Klang and SK Subang Bestari 2.
Mechanical & Electrical
M&E packages delivered under the firm's CIDB ME category registration, which carries no tender limit at Grade G7. Mechanical and electrical scopes are undertaken alongside the company's building and civil works, from building services in multi-storey institutional buildings to the systems serving toll plazas, stations and other operational facilities.
